Job Summary

As a content writer, you will be responsible for creating online content including blog posts, web pages, newsletters, social media posts, and white papers. You will work closely with our growth marketers and collaborate with designers to create engaging content, develop content strategy and calendar, refine marketing copies, and measure content success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all marketing team content generation, development, and proofreading work.
  • Content writing skills should range from creative writing to business services-related writing.
  • You will be responsible for developing diverse content for external communications. This includes social media posts, marketing mailers, other marketing campaigns, brochures, corporate decks, success stories, case studies, articles, and other related content, all with an industry focus and solutions approach.
  • Develop content for website & social media handles
  • Editing and Proofreading of various content buckets
  • Ability to understand and identify relevant snippets from videos for updates on social media platforms
  • Generates content ideas and develops them for usage across different social media channels
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to produce innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to handle Online Reputation Management with ease – developing a set of standard responses to queries on Calpion's social media handles

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral) and good communication skills.
  • Must have impeccable grammar, punctuation, and command over the language
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms & their nuances and new-age communication tools
  • Work experience, preferably from the Healthcare services industry
  • Flair to understand the Healthcare Billing industry, services, and processes of the Medical Billing company and present lucid content on the same
  • Self-starter and highly motivated with a blend of creativity to churn out content at short notice for multiple purposes.
  • Quick learner and ability to pick up nuances of the industry to incorporate the style and jargon in the content
  • Good stakeholder management

Desired skills

  • Related professional courses would be an added advantage
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in content writing
