Job Summary

As a payment poster, your primary responsibility will be efficiently posting payments to the company's accounts receivable systems. You will need to be able to conduct account research to expedite payment applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for electronically downloading payments, balancing daily reports, and posting payments using online resources or payer websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Should have a good understanding of Insurance Payments Posting, Selfpay Posting, and Refund Posting.
  • Good ERA/EOB/manual posting experience, denial code/processing skills, correspondence capture, and basic MB knowledge are required.
  • Should have experience in capturing & addressing Denials.

Mandatory Skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the Payment posting process.
  • Understand the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers.
  • Must be spontaneous and enthusiastic.

Desired skills

Experience in EPIC, Advance MD, NextGen is an added advantage
