Job Summary

As the Salesforce Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of digital products and services that support internal and external users across different platforms. Your role will involve implementing standards and processes to ensure best practices are in place and driving continuous improvement in our delivery.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product maintenance and delivery. Additionally, you will lead a team of manual and automated testers, ensuring they are motivated, collaborative, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Salesforce testing process, ensuring high-quality releases.

  • Oversee the design of test processes and procedures to ensure an end-to-end regression test suite, including System Integration Testing, to reduce repetitive manual testing.
  • Turn high-level requirements into test scenarios through the user story refinement process.
  • Must be able to demo appropriate testing actions to team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce testing strategy.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce testers and assign tasks.
  • Conduct code reviews and identify potential defects.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes.
  • Track testing progress and report on results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and testing methodologies.
  • Identify training needs to facilitate the professional development of QA engineers.

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience in automation testing tools(e.g., Selenium, Salesforce Illuminated).
  • Experience in performance testing and security testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Salesforce testers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including core modules, configurations, and customizations.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies(Agile, Waterfall) and best practices for Salesforce testing.
  • Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts.

Desired skills

  • Healthcare domain is an added advantage.
