Job Summary

The primary responsibility of an executive assistant to a CEO is to provide support and assistance to high-level executives. They are in charge of managing the daily operations of their office, providing administrative support, and coordinating with other departments. Ultimately, they aim to decrease the CEO's workload by handling administrative tasks that would otherwise consume most of their time. This allows the CEO to concentrate on more crucial aspects of their job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, meeting minutes, mail, email, phone calls, creating presentations, and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and   flow of information to senior executives
  • Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations,   transportation, meals, and errands for the CEO.
  • Sales back-office support (Proposals, contracts, client coordination)
  • Office Administration - (filing, ordering supplies, onboarding, and   managing office ) 

Mandatory Skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
  • Associates/bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication (Written & Spoken).
  • High energy go-getter.
  • Multi-tasking.

Desired skills

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Outstanding computer skills including Office, Word, Excel, Google Drive, Bamboo HR etc.
